Upon entering the customer’s facility, our drivers select the customer’s account from our service app. Only equipments/vehicles associated with that location will receive fuel at that time. Our technology is able to filter multiply accounts located in the same service area. The driver/fueler has a 15 seconds timeout upon completion of service to each unit.
Having such a small timeout window between each unit serviced, eliminates units in your fleet showing over capacity amounts in your fuel report.
In addition, our 300 ft scanning range plays a crucial role in our service efficiency. This allows us to service your fleet at a faster rate, thereby getting us in and out of your facility's operations pathway in record time.

Our on-board computer validates the barcode scanned, the computer will open the correct solenoid and turn on the proper pumping system.
Once the unit is full, the registered amount shown on the meter is also captured on the on-board computer where the gallons and unit ID are stored under the correct customer number.
